Count Noctilus Helmet

Description
Gives Noctilus a kit-bash of the Depth-Guard mask, with the helmet of the Depth-Guard RoR for the mossy look and matching red colour. Also replaces the porthole and unit-card.

Inform me of problems.
The hat is non-negotiable.

No. If anything breaks then it'd be the port-hole and cards, but that only happened because of the changeling so I doubt it'd happen again.

Can you possibly make an armoured version of Mannfred? Give him the same helmet the Red duke wears, and some armguards?
