Always Powerful Enchantments (NOT FUNCTIONAL!)

Description
(WARNING: Mod does not work due to issues with uploading changes to vanilla affix files.)

This small mod disables non-powerful vanilla enchantments from all wandering enchanters except for Fondo and Karkozi. As a result, wandering enchanters will always perform powerful enchantments if they have any by default.

This mod should be safe to add on or remove from an existing save. It should also be okay to use with mods that add additional enchantments to any of the vanilla wandering enchanters.

Hi, it turns out GUTS didn't even correctly build in the changes to the relevant affix files, which explains why it's only 4 bytes in size and why it doesn't actually do anything. The mod worked out fine on my end when I tested it years ago, which is why I have not noticed this issue for a long while.

Despite my best attempts, I cannot figure out how to fix this issue (and ended up breaking it a bit more). Since I have moved away from Torchlight 2 in general, this mod will unfortunately be non-functional for the foreseeable future. Despite this, I'll be leaving this mod and, thus, this comment up just in case someone else wants to replicate this mod. My apologies!

The mod file is empty so obviously is not working. Author vanished, so forget this mod.

This doesn't have a name in the launcher or show up at all in the ingame mod list. A correctly named .mod file downloads, but it is only 4 bytes in size. Perhaps something borked when you uploaded? :steamsad:

Hi, this seems to install okay, but the name doesn't show up in the Modlauncher list of mods.

Starting a new game, so I'm looking forward to seeing if it works!
