This mod WILL work without ideology but will not add the ideology style for obvious reasons.

This mod adds shelmet to the rim. the lovable pink armored snail from Pokemon. Shelmet has a slow movement speed but high Armour and a ranged attack in the form of poison sting.

In addition, if you have Ideology installed it adds a whole ideology style themed around Omanyte, Shelmet, and things related to them.
