The Hussar

The first sub designed by an intern who's efforts would be belittled by his peers when they realized it looked like a horses head. Dubbed the Horsey. The Horsey sub was designed as a scout ship, with a lower powered quiet reactor and automatic battery bank allowing stealth, and quick bursts of speed and firepower when required. Care must be taken to cruise at a more efficent speed or power will run out. Good for small crews. This particular sub was rebranded as the Hussar by a used sub salesman.

Looks like it has a lot of guns, but they have a slower rate of fire than stock. balance is maybe a little better than vanilla, but not outrageous. If you upgrade the guns use the delay components below the periscopes to adjust timing as needed.
