Description

UPDATE:
- added isBodyBroken() to prevent the sentries from constantly firing at nothing when a shape or body it's firing at is already broken.

[A fork from Zaap's Sentry Turret] a SPAWNABLE improved automated sentry turret shooting any moving target in sight faster and responsive and also improved sound design. Includes more variety and friendly versions that won't attack the player with audible cue when spawning.
