The original Ploppable Asphalt+ mod is not needed to have all these working!
For any new city the steps below are not needed at all!
If you start a new city, just subscribe this collection.

If you want to use additionally the old internal assets from the original Ploppable Asphalt+ mod, there are a three options available.

I recommend to go with option 1 or 2 in that case:

1) Subscribe it one time, open its workshop folder, copy all .crp files in there and paste them into %LocalAppData%\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets\PA+ folder. Afterwards unsub the original mod and you can still use the old assets w/o having a bloated mod list.

OR

2) Download https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YTyCV72hPardY4yYxRZDFkmly5eocJIV/view?usp=sharing self extracting zip file and extract it to %LocalAppData%\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets\PA+ folder.

OR

3) Sub the old Ploppable Asphalt + Mod and deactivate it in the Content manager of Cities Skylines. As the code of deactivated mods is still loaded and can cause conflicts, the solution 1) or 2) are the better choices.

The Ploppable Asphalt + [Loading time Fix] workshop description is older, not maintained and not list all solution. The information in Compatibility Report is absolutely correct!
