Metal Sonic as Suzu

Originally, I quickly made Metal Sonic to just be Sonic's clone, but I liked how he came out and other people showed interest in having him as a player skin, so here he is!
I meant to convert him to a player skin like a month ago, but I tweaked things more than expected and life just kept happening. But I got it done eventually. :]

• Suzu into Metal Sonic
• Clone Suzu into Clone Sonic the Hedgehog
• Recolors Suzu’s dash swipe
• Mutes Suzu’s voice lines

• Pause the game, go to Customize > Resource Packs, and then find “Metal Sonic as Suzu” and activate it.
• In the Customize > Change Skin menu, I recommend turning "Show equipped items" to Off or Default skin, since the dynamic sprites don’t fit Sonic’s sprites.
