Suspicious Settler Fixed

The unique animal vendor, the Suspicious Settler, sells a unique Bonedog and Goat.

Despite being named the "Settler's Pup," the bonedog is fully grown when you meet it, and the "Beloved Goat" is identical to a regular goat.

This mod changes both their ages so that they're young when you start a new game, and slightly buffs their stats so that they're better than their common counterparts.
