Heavy Cruiser - Cannons as main weapons
Light Cruisers - EWAR and point defence ship with some missiles.

Hey JDee, curious about your thoughts on the double Comms jammer. Is that really worth it? I'd be inclined to swap one out with an antenna so as to allow for a full missile count while still holding the 3K limit.
