Steps:

1- Download the file on the link from top
2- Check your Download location
3- Unzip the file
4- Copy the files that you unziped and put it in your game directory
(C:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media)
4.5 - (Optional) Make a back-up of the l4d2_background01 and so.
5- Overwrite the original files

- Without sound
