Gamespeed

Let's you set gamespeed outside the console by adding a "gameoption quest" to the objectives menu. There you can chose between speeds [0.5 - 1.0 - 1.5 - 3.0] and you can also see which gamespeed you have currently set.

Note: you can of course always set the gamespeed in the console by hitting F2 and entering setgamespeed(x)

Disclaimer: changing gamespeed may break certain timed events and quests, so tread with care!
