Description

An european inspired truck, with conveyor system including survival kit, gas generator, oxygen tank, hydrogen motorization and a conveyor linked hook for trailers to share fuel, oxygen and other resources with other trailers.

Unlike traditional made trucks, the fifth wheel is not made with an advanced rotor or a simple rotor, but made with a hinge which allow a better elevation for off-road purpose and also resource sharing with attached trailers.
It also means that it is not compatible for tons of trailers.

Note: the multi-trailer manager will not work on not configured trailers, but allows this vehicle to tow at least one or two light trailers.

Cabin and conveyor system
After building the truck, connect the two hinges in front of the hydrogen engines to open/close the cabin without issue. Also connect the two hinges at the rear of the cabin to connect the survival kit, oxygen tank and gas generator to the connector.

Door
There is two ways to access the cabin.
  • Holes on the sides. A very simple trick using sealed blocks to avoid oxygen to leak which also let players access control the seat.
  • Tilt the cabin through the blue buttons below the cabin, then press the buttons on top of the door.

Wheels
  • Brakes: switch the handbrake from every linked trailers between on/off.
Warning: before driving, check that every trailers have their handbrake on.
  • Propulsion override: all slaved trailers move front, move back, or does not assist the master.
  • Height offset: all grouped wheels switch from the lowest height offset to the highest height offset.

Power
  • Batteries: all batteries are in recharge mode or auto mode.
  • Reactors/H2 engines: all of these power sources are on or off.
  • H2 tanks: all hydrogen tanks are in stockpile mode or not.

Other
  • Pistons: all pistons are extended or retracted.
  • Gyroscopes: used to roll all the train (master and slaves) in case of upside-down event. Every gyroscopes must roll on the same side.
  • Connectors: all connectors are locked or unlocked.
  • Projectors: all projectors are on or off.

Hi Ronin, the truck uses double hinges and merge block solution, the remote is only for trailer management.

It's hard to tell, but if you a double-hinge solution to tilt the cab up, you can then use a small merge blocks to connect the cab to the chassis properly. I use that technique for the thrusters in my dropship. If you get it right, you don't have to bother about using a remote block to drive and the vehicle is a lot more stable.
