This mod is a submod for applying Imperial Armory upgrades to Shazbot's Empire Sketchbook - TWH3.

found the problem: you linked an upgrade to a non existent unit. Looks like you took the keys from land_units_tables but the game is looking for the keys in main_units_tables. Most of the keys were identical but the mortar tank does not exist in the main_units_tables.
