1.6 updates are coming, I'm just on vacation and away from my main PC.

**DESCRIPTION**

I made this patch to make Dusk Armory Medieval style assets be available at Medieval tech level. Higher tech items remain locked at higher tech levels.

**CHANGES:**
- Created Dusk Armory research tab with Medieval style apparel and blades research.
- Made some small changes to workToMake ticks and recipes.
- Made some changes to Dusk Helmet to make it a Dusk Helm. Dusk Helmet remains available at higher tech levels but will use the same art.
- Moved Cloak to VFEC_OuterShell layer from Vanilla Expanded Framework.

**UPDATES**

MARCH 2024
Updated to 1.5. Please let me know if you encounter any issues. Previous versions have not been changed.

Found this red Error when I was searching for bugs in my 1.5 medieval modpack (trying to get Caravans to work again). I forget what the error was, but it seemed important and intrinsic to this mod rather than being an incompatibility with Medieval Overhaul or another mod.

btw the patch for the cloak makes any outer armor overlap on the north facing side

Why... Btw, I currently have WIP mod with cool capes and cloaks, more practical than Dusk patch
