Fair FPS Booster extended (no instantly body disappear)

This addon does the following:
1) Boosts FPS by tweaking graphics settings
2) Makes commons less laggy at low lerp settings
3) Unlocks a possibility to set 0 lerp in singleplayer
4) Disables server auto shutdown in singleplayer versus
5) Increases brightness in fullscreen mode

in this version:
skyboxes and fog work good(in original addon pink textures instead of skyboxes/fog)
game sounds not muted when someone is speaking into the microphone
no instantly body disappear

Should work on dedicated servers perfectly fine. For official dedicated servers you might have to load into your local/listen server first for it to work.
