Unhappiness from citizen count increased by 25%, but every 3 citizens in a city provides +1 gold, +1 culture, and +1 science

Unique Unit: Noob
Replaces the warrior. Only 2 combat strength, but extremely cheap to make and costs no maintenance. Never obsoletes.

Unique Building: Tycoon Place
Replaces the bank. More expensive to produce, but gold yield increases by +4 when researching Industrialization, along with +1 culture.
