Soapdryn (v1.3) - Winter Edition
provinces: 127 land and 20 sea
This is a modified version of Snerdryn, as we wanted a more balanced start.

OPTIMAL SETTINGS
PLAYERS: 3 to 6
THRONES: 4 to 6
NOTE: Values beyond the optimal settings are possible, but will degrade game quality

@SimonTheSorcerer ah yes sorry. I hadn't considered others would be looking at it.
Basically I turned it into vertical wraparound only, and customized the start locations. Not much else was done in terms of balancing.

Knowing (screenshots) of what the actual changes were would have been nice. But thank you for making this and uploading this, after all "don't look a gift horse in the mouth" as they say.
