Hudson Hornet Restomod with 2JZ Engine

A modernized Restomod of the Hudson Hornet. The "Twin H-Power" with two chargers was replaced by the latest I6 twin turbo engine.
The engine is an I6 DOHC BU2 Turbo, sticking to the inline 6-cylinder design. Two air intake units were placed vertically on top of the engine to resemble chargers. The output was increased to over 500 hp.
The peripheral equipment was renewed to match the engine, and power steering, intercooler, and electronic equipment were added. Two exhaust pipes are arranged in parallel.
The rear suspension has been changed to a torsion bar type, and the brakes are disc type. The tires have been changed to thicker sport type to accommodate the higher output. Part of the suspension is exposed in the trunk.
The exterior has not been modified, and the rims and interior have been put together in the old design.
Bonus parts can be added to the roof.
The Hornet has been transformed into a modern sports car while keeping the old look. Have fun with it.

Hudson Hornetを現代的に改造したRestomodです。2基のチャージャーを持つ"Twin H-Power"を最新のI6ツインターボエンジンに置き換えました。
エンジンは直列6気筒にこだわり、I6 DOHC BU2 Turboに換装。エンジン上にチャージャーに見立てたエアインテークを2基並べて配置しました。出力は500hp以上に増強しています。
エンジンに合わせ周辺装置は刷新し、パワーステアリング、インタークーラーや電子装備を増設。エキゾーストパイプは2系統を並列に配置しています。
後部サスペンションはトーションバー式に変更、ブレーキはディスク式です。高出力化に対応しタイヤは太いスポーツタイプに変更しました。サスペンションの一部がトランク内に露出します。
外観には手を加えず、リムやインテリアも古いデザインでまとめました。
ルーフにはボーナスパーツを追加可能です。
古き良き外観はそのままに、最新スポーツカーに生まれ変わったHornetです。楽しんでください。
