Winds Of Magic and Knowledgeable

Description
Hello!

This mod increases the base winds of magic cap to 150. Also makes the traits Knowledgeable, Primed, Conductor, and Negator give +10 winds of magic cap faction wide.

The Skill "Magical Reserves" will increase the magic cap by +20 for the army.

This mod is a variant of my other mod "Magic and Traits", meant for those who only want the changes to magic.

This mod makes Chaos Dwarf traits "Hateful" and "Extravagant" increase winds of magic.

Makes Kislev Ice maiden traits "Magical Warrior" and "Martial Magician" increase winds of magic.

here is the main mod that changes the WoM Cap and also the cross faction generic traits to be better (and some other traits too).

the ai will get the traits as well, but they dont take advantage of them to the point that they would be a threat to the player.

Love the mod. Any chance you could modify the chaos trait "Opened Eyes" to do the same thing? It is functionally equivalent to "Knowledgeable" in vanilla, i.e. gives only 15% bonus exp and nothing else.
