This ship is a multipurpose Survival CV made for Reforged Eden.
It's main focus lies on Long Range Exploration and PvE Combat.
It has enough room to upgrade the shield system and it could have twice as much turrets as it has standard.
On the front are some spots marked for fixed weapons, if you want them.
The ship also has enough space to safely park your precious SV's and even HV's.
I designed the Aventine as the next step between the smaller Vesta and the bigger Tempest.

Backstory Time

The Aventine-Class is FELDWEGproductions main exploration ship.
This class of ship was initially designed to fill the roll of a military destroyer resulting in an unusual amount of turret hardpoints for a ship of it's type. After FP's next generation of fightercraft was thrown onto the drawing board, it was then decided to reconstruct it into a light escort carrier, adding a large hangar and a rear flightdeck to the vessel.

4 months later the heavily damaged Conqueror-Class 'Thunderer' returned to the FP Fleetyards after going missing near Zirax space 1 year prior. Construction on the 'Aventine' was halted in order to focus the ressources on the crippled battleship and the 'Aventine' was towed out of her drydock. During the relocation one of the thrusters accidentally fired.
The prototype broke free and drifted into the planets gravity well, resulting in it crashlanding on the planets ocean.

FP tried to cover up the accident and left it on the planet for months. The wreck was then lifted in secret and it was pulled back to the drydock. The rear flight deck ripped apart, the rear of the ship needed to be entirely rebuild.
Because of that it was yet again decided to redesign it into something else. The 'Aventine' was entirely restored and began it's test trials more than one year behind schedule. She was finally launched 2 months later after modernizing all of her systems.

Today she stands proudly in the FP line-up, being one of the best exploration ships to leave the FP Fleetyards.
