So I think it is broken, from what I can tell in my very basic understanding is that whilst it can still pop the event it wont actually show the lobster or play the music (Although I may have broken something myself) I'm doing some more digging and seeing if I can fix it if anyone actually wants this.

hundreds of hours played, never had it drop :( maybe it broke with the latest expansions/updates
