Fair FPS booster & Game tweaker (extended) Edited(singleplayer versus works)

This addon does the following:
1) Boosts FPS by tweaking graphics settings
2) Makes commons less laggy at low lerp settings
3) Makes infected ragdolls instantly disappear
4) Unlocks a possibility to set 0 lerp in singleplayer
5) Disables server auto shutdown in singleplayer versus
6) Increases brightness in fullscreen mode

in this version:
skyboxes and fog work good(in original addon pink textures instead of skyboxes/fog)
game sounds not muted when someone is speaking into the microphone

Should work on dedicated servers perfectly fine. For official dedicated servers you might have to load into your local/listen server first for it to work.
