Modular Engine Controller

Description
Modular Engine Controller, used for starting and stopping a modular engine.

Recommended to just use a constant number of 0.5 for Stoichiometry, other ratios don't really work that well (It's Fuel:Air, so higher numbers are richer)

You can adjust the starter settings with the select tool
