Battery Buffer Prototype

Description
This is my attempt at an alternative to Automated Reactor Controllers in prevision for a potential nerf. The way that it works is that it adjusts the battery charge% to mitigate rapid drop in load. This is completly compatible with any ARC, but part of my plan for the future is to combine it with an ARC so that it can keep the battery at a certain charge since the batteries reaching 0 or 100kw will prevent it from handeling large spike and drop in demand respectively. It will also require further testing and tuning, but for now I believe this is a functional prototype.

Ahah. I was wondering why its stats were so amped up, so that makes sense. Thanks a ton!

The red battery is just there for debugging, you can increase and lower its charging rate to simulate a variable power demand

Trying to figure this out so I can try and build my own iteration of this setup - what's the purpose of the Red Battery?

This is awesome! Hope to see it combined with a circuit to keep it at certain charge in the future :cozybethesda:

This is just awesome. Combined with the now nerfed ARC it will work wonders (even without a ARC)

I've been waiting for the day someone would demonstrate a reactor buffer, you could use something similar for an individual system. Ether way a excellent idea that also works in practice.
