Kislev Effect Remover

Description
Gets rid of most mist effects from Kislev characters when walking, running or standing still.

I found them to be distracting and sometimes obscure the model and animations.

Compatible with Kislev - Drop The Ice.

Yeah, that's true.
I might take a look at that once I finish my Kislev campaign, most of the time I mod stuff is due to it annoying me while playing.

That mod is changing the models, mine only touches VFX.
