Better Rictus Stormvermin

Description
It does not require an update until the developers change this landmark.

Changes clan Rictus starting landmark to give unit rank and cost reduction factionwide instead of province.
It now also grants armor, melee attack and defence for stormvermins factionwide.

It's strange to have a clan with the best stormvermins(in lore), but they are literally the same for all clans.

idk man. With this mod the have same upkeep as chaos warriors. And they beat chaos warriors in vanilla. Try to level up 10% and 8% upkeep in blue skill tree

It might be a long shot to ask, but do you think you could one day make another version of this that increases the recruitment discount to like 40% or 50% off and lowers the upkeep too, maybe in exchange for less buffs or no extra income? I love the stormvermin, but even with the 20% cost reduction, they just feel so damn pricey

Here some sugestion if you want to rebalance your bonus :

Only at rank 7+ ?
Half the bonus?
Make it so that you need a technology to unlock the bonus? Like the great horned rat bless you if you unlock a special tech.

Imo elite stormvermin are as good as chosen (should still be a little bit weaker as one is bless by a god).

@Flying Katz just checked and it works. They have already buffed the stormvermins from Rictus and Mors in this patch, and with that, they will be stronger than the chaos chosen. Have no idea how to change this into more balanced state.
