Modern Trams _ with arrows PATCH

IT REQUIRES THE ORIGINAL MOD (Modern Trams), THIS IS ONLY A PATCH

This mod adds control arrows to the modern trams mod.

In the original mod the files regarding the control arrows were missing, but the code still used them, so this mod fixes that error as a bonus.

If you know about other issues the original mod has, I'll try to fix them too.
