Friendly Kaiser - Why Can't We Be Friends?

Be friends with the Kaiser!
Form the FTO!
Don't get annexed!
Feel important!

This mod does several things nowadays.
One: You may upgrade or downgrade the level of cooperation you have with the Kaiser in the FTO at anytime. He won't even be mad!
Two: The Kaiser (shouldn't) demand integration! Yay!
Three: You can request Katzen officers for your armies or navy. Fun!
Four: You can purchase certain Katzen techs (currently only Riesigerkatzenpanzers)
Five: Purchasable ground armies
Six: Katzen Defense Array and Maginot World construction
Seven: You can allow the Kaiser to build war forges in your space.
Eight: Probably other stuff I've forgotten I added

(lmk if something's buggy)

CURRENT UPDATE:
2.0 MAJOR UPDATE
You can now make best friends with the Kaiser, and he will personally contact you!
Just ask about the rebels after A: Douclaw contacts you on the five year marker and B: You have met both rebels.
You can meet Special Agent Meowchael who will be your point man for bringing down the partisans.
UPCOMING UPDATES:
More extensive counter-partisan efforts than "click button they die lmao".

Honestly, the military alliance without the annexation demand alone would be perfect.
You can kinda already buy their ships.

Some flavor story events could be the Kaiser admitting that the one thing he never tried while conquering the galaxy was having a legit ally, as well as events that could fire if the Imperium is still around when Aeternum, the Sirens, or the Blokkats spawn.

@samsockeater I like that idea. Rolling it into Playable Kaiser makes sense.

why not just incorporate this mod's functionality into the playable imperium one for if you don't elect to play as them? make it a more general katzen expansion sort of thing?

Oh yeah, sorry about that. I'd be surprised if it did still work.

Currently my focus is on my other Kaiser mod, Playable Katzenartig Imperium. Someday I'll return to this, but it'll be a while.
