Infinite Cash/Max Level (Singleplayer)

Description
Gives the player infinite cash in singleplayer only, head on over to the nearest outpost and buy whatever you want.

Edit: complaints about a bug that makes the dinos pink, it is not intentional and I got no clue how to fix it.

I think the only reason I would do infinite cash is if I buy a new computer and just use it to buy a 50 cal and that would be it.

for me, only the trikes are pink, all the other dinos are normal
