Adds large underground vaults for Project RimFactory.

The vaults

Small underground vault stores 512 items

Underground vault stores 1,024 items

See if the the error persists if you just have this mod and its requirements active.

Texture issue with the small vault should be fixed now

I'm also having the issue with the texture on the 1x2 vaults. The texture doesn't rotate with the building, which results in a compressed and stretched image. Looks great with the default orientation.
