Cargo Bay Capacity Ports

This mod adds logic ports to large and small gas, liquid and solid Cargo Bays in the Spaced Out DLC.

The ports can be customized to either react to the Cargo Bay being full to the set capacity or empty. It's also possible to set whenever green or red gets sent in this case and where on the Cargo Bay the Port is placed.
