Prewar shophouse building on San Hong Street, Sheung Shui, Hong Kong.

Buildings like this were built in town centers in the New Territories[en.wikipedia.org] in the early 20th century, but because of increasing housing needs, most of them were rebuilt into higher capacity buildings. Few of them remain standing in Sheung Shui[en.wikipedia.org] and Tai Po[en.wikipedia.org].

The shopfronts of the building are what they were in 2011, showing local stores like electronics and snack shops; most of the stores have now moved or closed. Nowadays, pharmacy and cosmetics stores have flooded the district as a result of parallel trading activities[en.wikipedia.org].


This is a high-density Ploppable RICO residential building, level 1, 6x2.

This building needs the Ploppable RICO Revisited mod to act as a residential building, without the mod it will become a unique building.

Rename the building to remove the steel roof cover.
