I would like to suggest that fortresses be limited to just one slot, as in vanilla, it is very visually cluttered to see so many empty spaces for just one building.

这个mod会造成 MIXER-Mixxu's unlocker 解锁小帮派无效，只有原版的帮派，我不知道其它人会不会有我这个问题，谢谢

This doesn't just give slots for captials. It gives slots for minor settlements too
