Battle Fleet Starter Pack

Here we have the best package for the weekend warrior or enterprising mercenary. This fleet is ideal for small operations and escorts.

The package comes standard with:

Each ship is idea for a specific role:

The Shiv Fighter is your standard heavy fighter. It packs 4 Mercer Corp. tri-barreled gattling guns, and a pair or Mikah Arms quad-barreled dumb-fire rocket launchers. In addition to packing enough firepower to level a small city, the Shiv comes with dozens of top-of-the-line D&W plasma pulse, direct and vector thrust engines providing enough thrust to propell this craft faster than most civilian and military variant heavy fighters of its class. And yet, the Shiv boasts thick armor plating that can withstand almost any enemy fighter ordinance, and some large ship ordinance as well. Other features include enough power to keep a station afloat and enough cargo space to last you a lifetime, which is hooked up to the weapons via conveyor system. As if that wasn't enough, there is also a connector at the top for ease of access and an ejector at the rear to provide basic missile counter-measures.

The Liberty-Class Dropship is designed for fast attack operations. It is loaded with unique features, but mainly it is a boarding craft and light bomber. It sports two Mikah arms 16-barreled missile racks that can unload incredible ordinance in minimal time. In addition, the Liberty can also hold a full squad of marines and contains an interesting feature: the gravity overdrive system. Created by Hans Gravity works, this system is designed to overpower an enemy ships gravity by simply activating an additional 8g's worth of downward thrust. Even from the underside of an enemy ship, this gravity overdrive system can neutralize an emey's gravity until deactivated. In addition, the ship packs two additional Mercer Corp. auto-targeting, velocity dampening gattling guns to cover your advance.

The Osprey-Class Corvette is mainly a fighter-hunting destroyer that is designed to move fast and destroy everything in its path. While not heavily armored, the Osprey is the fastest known ship of its size, known to hit max speed in a mere 10 seconds. The ship is covered in D&W prototype Sparrow plasma thrust, vectoring engines, which provide maximum thrust, regardless of power usage. In addition, this ship sports 7 Mercer Corp. velocity dampening gattling turrets, two Mikah Arms hex-barreled vector-compensating, dumb-fire missile racks, and even a prototype Hydra Industries Ranger-Class manned turret which is armed with four mercer Corp. AP gattling guns, and two Mikah Arms HE rocket barrels. Lastly, the Osprey contains a small hangar that can accomodate one snub-nosed fighter (though nothing more; this isn't a carrier). As if that weren't enough, the ship also comes standard with a basic refinery and assembler, as well as basic medical supplies.

NOTE: The manned turret is fragile because of the way rotors work right now. If you turn it too fast, it will snap off. I have tried to reinforce it, but currently, rotors are just too fragile.
