Description


Implements changes to Brazil led by Pedro II.

UNIQUE ABILITY: EMPIRE OF THE TROPICS
  • Completing a National Wonder triggers a global WLtKD based on the number of your cities.
  • Earn Science from Population growth during WLtKD.

UNIQUE UNIT: FATHERLAND VOLUNTEER
  • Replaces the Rifleman.
  • Trained 25% faster while you are at war, or the city celebrates WLtKD (effect stacks).
  • May be expended in owned borders for a burst of random cultural Great Person points per level earned.

UNIQUE BUILDING: IMPERIAL COLLEGE
  • Replaces University.
  • Has a slot for a Great Work of Art, which provides +1 Local Happiness while filled.
  • Provides a burst of Production towards any new Buildings the Capital completes.
