The manual download link is blocked by Steam for being flagged potentially malicious. I doubt you guys are trying to do something, but that should be fixed.

Also, will there ever be a reupload of the pl_corruption assets on TF2maps? I'd like to know if those are not desired to be distributed in other custom maps because I already downloaded them and would prefer to comply with the creator's wishes if they don't want to be used.

I think it was just blender with light data from the original props made with hammer and individual props. The whole maze is effectively a big grid of identical lights that give it a sort of samey look wherever you go. Actually worked well since hospitals are supposed to look sterile anyhow!
