From a campaign of Rule the Waves 2

HMCS Toronto was the lead ship of her class of 3 heavy cruisers, also consisting of HMCS Vancouver and HMCS Calgary. This class of 3 heavy cruisers were built in the early 1920s, commissioning in 1923 and 1924. They were armed with 6 10 inch guns and 12 5 inch secondaries, which would later be swapped out for 8 4 inch guns as well as a floatplane catapult and more anti-aircraft armament later in their lives. These ships served through multiple wars, with this showing them in their US-Canadian war appearance. Of the 3 ships, 2, HMCS Toronto and HMCS Calgary, would be sunk during this war.
