Adds Vatican City led by John Paul I to the game.

UNIQUE ABILITY: THE SMILE OF GOD
  • Declared friends increase the religious pressure in cities of your main religion worldwide.
  • Pressure from your main religion converts Culture into Tourism during Golden Ages.

UNIQUE UNIT: ILLUSTRISSIMUS
  • Replaces the Great Writer.
  • Spawns whenever you enter a Golden Age, or a civilization of your main religion makes peace (if one is not already active).
  • When expended, fully converts the nearest city to your main religion, or extends the current Golden Age otherwise.

UNIQUE BUILDING: RELIGIOUS CHARITY
  • Replaces the Hospital.
  • May be built by civilizations that share your main religion.
  • Provides +2 Local Happiness if your main religion's Belief Building is present in the city.
