Shuttle Defense 3v3 HS

Description
A new gamemode where Team 1 must defend a launching shuttle for 15 minutes, and Team 2 must destroy the shuttle before liftoff.

Team One starts with additional eco but their weaponry is restricted, forcing them to take a scrappier defensive stance

Team Two is the opposite, starting with tech but having a weaker starting economy.
