Description
This is a config file for my Jaguar XJS Wolinshaw GT Celebration Le Mans.

The Jaguar, Land Rover, and Nissan DLCs are required.

Front Rim ET = 30
Rear Rim ET = 10

TWR’s XJR-9 tourer claimed victory at the 1988 24 Hours of Le Mans. To celebrate, TWR collaborated with Jaguar in the creation of one hundred XJR-Series “Celebration Le Mans” models. Being that we only have the XJ-Series in CMS, here is my rendition of it, based on my Group-A build.

BTW, I dont think the devs would force something on us, because did they not give us the plethora of minigames in CMS21 that no one ever asked for??? (LOL) :steamhappy: Deep down I sure hope that when I take my car into the shop I am not paying the mechanics for their ability to hit the spacebar at just the right time so as to not screw my car up.....

Cheers to the beers. :cms21engine:

No, your all good! Hell, I use just about every one of your mods anyway, lol, except the liscence plates (which I have about a zillion too many already). You do you and cheers to the beers!

Your feedback is fine either way. Speak your mind. If it's a bad config for you, I'm all good with that.

I said the line about 'forcing configs into updates' because the devs forced three other users' configs into our game in the latest update, and I'm NOT all good with that. I can see how you misinterpreted it.

User configs need to stay in the workshop. All feedback about my configs is welcome.

Hmm, on second thought, by suggesting you make a "car part 1" actually was not a good idea because doesnt that now push it from a config of a car into the long, slippery slope of a brand new modded car? Dumb idea on my part....my bad....

Sorry, didnt want to sound too negative. It is definitely a doable car as to renovating it, the driveshafts caught me by surprise though because the game logic treated them to being connecting to the transmission. There are some ways, maybe, to use a more cosmetic part as in a "car part 1" or such in the body section? I do not do mods so I cannot by all rights complain in the least as I do not have a foot to stand on in that department, :steamhappy:

As said in the description, the driveshafts are supposed to emulate stabilizers, since we don't have any actual stabilizer parts to build with. Game still treats them like driveshafts; that's why they have to be uninstalled first.

If you think this one's a mess, you're REALLY gonna hate the config I uploaded a couple months after it.

Good thing this shit's not forced into your files with an update, though, right?

wow, just tried renovating this. It is frankly a hot mess of parts. Why did you use driveshafts within the engine compartment in place of struts? Those driveshafts prevent the taking out of the transmission housing until they are removed yet do not connect in any way, shape or form to the transmission. Way, way too many extra parts......
