No Aversion : Vampire and Empire

It's a great mod that's still functional! I know it's probably late, but I would actually love a version of this mod that's a slightly lesser version. Like cutting the aversion by 3/4 instead of entirely. It makes sense for vampires to have a slightly hard time with diplomacy early but be able to overcome it through technology, bloodlines and strategic deal making. (But not an impossible time as is the case with vanilla)

3= vampire coast

You mean a no aversion between vampire coast and empire while empire still has aversion for vampire counts ?

Is there any mode that only applies to Vampire Coast and Empire?
