Bloody Rebel Texture Fix

Description
Fixes the bloody rebel's texture to not only be higher-quality, but to also be consistent with EZ2's arctic rebel texture

(Seriously, this was fixed in the demo. How did they mess this up?)

i think they forgot about the fix for this. so they just used the original textures

well, the fixed texture is literally taken from ez2's files, and also the female bloody rebels look like this normally

this isn't really a fix, since the blood is gone from most of the surface.

this is broken in normal HL2, the female rebels and medics are HD but the males are just broken
