Description
Decreases unit and naval upkeep costs by 40% and increases the army, as well as naval cap by 40% as well. Doubles the number of available edicts. AI and Player. Should be save game compatible.

cause with rome 2 launcher mod manager you must have maximum 30 mods, if you get more you will get that glitch of textures missing and characters T Posing

Nope. It just changes the the fame_level tables and campaign_difficulty tables

Yep. compatible with the newest version and will be compatible any mods that dont change difficulty levels. And yes you can use it. Just credit me please
