This is a revamp of the previous build that was very buggy, but this one is still kinda glitches out, so to fix it raise interations

Quick tutorial to operate anchor:
Turn off rotors to let anchor fall slowly.
Let rotors on and switch to red signal for fast anchor fall.
When the anchor's released turn on rotors to slowly bring anchor back.
