Combine Soldier Idle Sentence Fix

Entropy: Zero 2 has some very cool extra sentences for Combine Soldiers that are different from the vanilla HL2 ones. Thing is, one of them doesn't work because the sentence calls for an audio file that doesn't exist. Well, I had nothing better to do, so I decided to fix it. It's a pretty minor thing that most people wouldn't even notice, but, oh well.

Fun fact: I made this mod in five minutes. But making the preview video took 4 hours. Yeah, I suck at editing.
