Armor covers hands and feet

Description
This is a simple patch mod that enables Plate Armor, Recon Armor, Marine Armor, Cataphract Armor (from Royalty DLC), Vacsuit (from Odyssey DLC), and their variants to cover hands and feet.
Additionally, Recon Armor, Marine Armor, and Cataphract Armor gain toxic environment resistance, fire resistance, and extra carrying capacity.
