Cameras

Description
Adds two new entities: CCTV cameras and a monitor to view them. Also adds two tools: a wrench to adjust the frequency of cameras/monitors (in the range of 1 to 999) and repair them, and a portable monitor for viewing surveillance feeds. Additionally, there's a small admin menu (RMB with wrench) with the option to enable invincibility for individual cam. Inspired by PayDay.

Добавляет два новых объекта: камеры CCTV и монитор для их просмотра. Также добавляет два инструмента: гаечный ключ для настройки частоты камер\монитора (в диапазоне от 1 до 999), а также их починки, и портативный монитор для просмотра камер видео наблюдения. Также есть мини админ-меню (ПКМ с wrench) с возможностью включить неуязвимость для отдельной камеры. Вдохновленно игрой PayDay... Или Fnaf?

I don't know if it's a bug or not, but when you place the camera on the wall, it spawns on the ground with the tool gun.

Или через Q меню+физган или с помощью тулгана, если пропадают сразу, то наверное проблема с каким-нибудь модом на оптимизацию или тип того (во всяком случае у меня ток из-за этого они пропадали)

night vision is stillborn, I'm too lazy to deal with it. I have it Green, although there are also bugs with white and black things. so I added a flashlight, I hope it works.
