Unrelated to the mod, but I think your heraldry looks phenomenal.

Hopefully the last re-upload of this mod. The main issue with the previous mods is that the file size was too big and it would not let me update them at all, hence why I've cut the file size down from ~55 MB to 9 MB.
Although I've had to remove a lot to trim the file size, the mod should effectively dim most of the UI with the exception being text.
