Sometimes it's simple local files for the model, collider, and texture files in TTS on a custom object and uploading that. Sometimes it's an involved process that requires you to adjust the model geometry, fix UV maps, or make basic lowpoly colliders yourself. Sometimes I import entire folders into Unity and have to assign colliders & textures manually, occasionally on custom made shaders (though I usually default to legacy diffusion).
It typically requires manually creating and naming AssetBundles, exporting them from Unity, importing them in TTS, organizing the table, and then uploading it all. It's a very meticulous process, but if you have the patience for it, it can enhance your games quite a bit!
