The requirements for these and the Reach civilians are incomplete; both of them have missing materials for the hands.

I have Draconic Base, UMP Animations Base, and Shared Assets, and the hand materials are still missing.

Hello, im having trouble porting this to sfm, im not an expert so my limit is putting it into gmad then placing what comes out into usermod, if you know of a solution that'd be most appreciated, but if you dont have one thats understandable.
